pursue his education. With a Master's degree from Portland State, and professional
certifications from Stanford University's Executive Education program, Oscar spent
12 years as a healthcare executive developing and managing responsive systems
that improved people's lives. The skills he developed during that time are clearly
apparent today in his successful approach to his real estate endeavors.
